Style

Duration of Party:

Our parties are 3 hours long. It’s broken down into 4 sections: a half-hour for setup, approximately 1 hour for the painting class, 1 hour for cake/food, and the last half-hour for clean-up.

Party decorations and food are welcome! 

Requirements for Birthday Parties:

We require a minimum of 10 kids and $25 per child. For the month of April, we will be in our new classroom, so the maximum number of children can go up to 25. Right now, we have a maximum of 15 until April 1st.

Requirements for Adult Parties:

We require a minimum of 10 adults and $40 per person. For the month of April, we will be in our new classroom, so the maximum number of adults can go up to 25. Right now, we have a maximum of 15 until April 1st.

Deposits:

To reserve a date, we require a non-refundable deposit of $100.

Deposits are applied to your balance at time of final payment.

Painting Options:

For painting options, I am very open to ideas. We can come up with a custom painting specific to your group.

You don't have to choose a painting in order to book an event, but the final selection must be confirmed with the studio at least two weeks before your event date.

What's Included:

Starting April 1st, our dedicated private classroom will be open for hosting unforgettable parties!

Feel free to bring your decorations and food to make the celebration extra special.

Artist Essentials:  Our studio provides everything you need to create a masterpiece – 8"x10" (children birthday parties) or 11"x14"-16"x20" (for adult parties) canvases, brushes, paints, palettes, aprons, and more.

Expert Guidance: Our instructor Jess is a professional artists. She will ensure that the painting process is simple and enjoyable for all skill levels. The artists will receive step-by-step instructions at a comfortable pace throughout the session.

Melodic Atmosphere: Immerse yourself in creativity with a curated playlist that suits your taste. Share your musical preferences, and we'll tailor the soundtrack to enhance your painting experience without overshadowing the artist's guidance.

Flexibility in Painting Selection: While you don't need to choose a painting upon booking, kindly confirm your final selection with the studio at least two weeks before your event date.

FINAL PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Final payment (and headcount) will be due prior to your event date.  Jess from the studio will reach out the week of your event to confirm party details and arrange for final payment.

Cancellations: We must be notified with at least 10 business days' notice (Monday-Friday) before the originally scheduled event date. Your deposit will then be turned into a studio credit, good for 1 year.

In the event of inclement weather, we are happy to offer a one time reschedule. We will work with you to find another available date/time for your event, up to 1 year. You may also opt for a studio credit, which will be good for 1 year.
