Refunds or Excanges

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours of your delivery date if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item.

Please also include pictures of the defective or damaged item so we can promptly file a claim with our shipping company.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on our clothes, bathing suits, purses, and wallets. These sales are final unless defective or damaged. 

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on our custom/personalized signs, cutting boards etc.

For refunds on undamaged and not personalized returns please email us within 15 days. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back in the original packaging and undamaged. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
