How It Works

Step 1 – Book Your Party

The host books a date with me to secure their Wood-Burning Party. Once your date is confirmed, I’ll set up a special ticket link just for your group so your friends can purchase their spots in advance.


Step 2 – Friends Purchase Tickets

Each guest will purchase their ticket through your private link. This ensures I know exactly how many people are attending, and it allows me to buy and prepare the right amount of materials ahead of time.


Step 3 – Party Time!

On the day of your event, I’ll bring all the tools, wood pieces, and design templates. I’ll guide everyone step by step, so no experience is needed. Each guest will leave with a finished project they created themselves.


Step 4 – Food & Drinks

The host provides the snacks and cozy atmosphere, and all parties are BYOB — so your guests can bring their favorite wine, cocktails, or mocktails to sip while they create. This keeps the night casual, fun, and uniquely your own.

 

Step 5 – Policies & Flexibility

  • Tickets are non-refundable, since supplies are purchased in advance.

  • If a guest can’t attend, their ticket will be converted into a gift card for a future class or party.

  • Parties can be rescheduled if something comes up, but cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Minimum group size required is 5 guests (including the host) to ensure the event runs smoothly.

  • If fewer guests attend than expected, the party will still continue, but materials will already be allocated based on purchases.

As the host, your class is FREE. Plus, if your guests host their own party, you’ll earn a $50 gift card as a thank-you!
