No Minimum Kit Order
There is no minimum number of kits required.
Whether you need a few kits for a small team or hundreds for a company-wide or university event, we can prepare an order that fits your group.
Prices shown are starting rates. Final pricing depends on quantity, materials, customization, packaging, delivery, shipping, and production time.

Virtual instruction fees are added to the cost of the selected kits and cover one standard 60–90 minute live virtual creative session.
Certain advanced, specialty, or multi-step projects may require additional instruction time and will be quoted accordingly.
Shipping, individual participant shipping, customization, and specialty packaging are additional when applicable.

Collaborative Keepsake Kits

Collaborative kits are designed for everyone to contribute to one meaningful finished artwork.
These are ideal for companies, universities, departments, student organizations, schools, weddings, conferences, retreats, alumni groups, and other organizations that want a finished piece to display after the event.
Recommended sizing depends on the number of fingerprints, names, signatures, puzzle pieces, stars, or other contributions being added.
Painted Canvas Fingerprint Tree
A custom background and tree are painted on canvas before delivery. Participants use the included ink pads to add their fingerprints as leaves.

Standard fingerprint-tree kits include the prepared canvas, up to 20 ink-pad colors, basic instructions, and a small display sign inviting participants to add their fingerprints.

A tree design is burned by hand into a wooden plaque before delivery. Participants use the included ink pads to add their fingerprints as leaves.

Virtual Collaborative Experiences
Many collaborative projects can also be coordinated virtually for companies or universities with participants in different offices, departments, campuses, or locations.
Depending on the project, individual pieces or components can be sent to participants or designated locations. MixMatched Creations can guide the group virtually and provide instructions for returning or assembling the individual contributions into the final artwork.
Because these events vary significantly in format, virtual collaborative experiences are custom quoted.

Clear, high-quality logo or artwork files must be provided. All personalized wording, names, dates, and designs must be reviewed and approved before production begins.

Printed instructions and a sample image are provided when applicable so participants can complete the project on their own schedule.
Prerecorded Instructional Video
Starting at $150 per project
A prerecorded instructional video allows participants to follow along whenever and wherever it is convenient.
Custom or highly specialized project videos may require additional production fees.

Shipping and handling are calculated according to package size, weight, destination, number of addresses, and carrier rates.

Pickup, Delivery & Travel
Local pickup in Columbia, New Jersey, is available at no additional charge by appointment.
Delivery charges are based on the one-way distance from Columbia, New Jersey:

Applicable taxes are added when required.
Ordering & Payment
A signed agreement and 50% nonrefundable retainer are required before materials are ordered, production begins, or a virtual or in-person event date is reserved.
Final quantities, participant choices, names, logos, shipping addresses, delivery locations, and approved design details are due by the deadline stated in your quote.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled pickup, delivery, shipping date, or event.
Changes requested after production begins may not be possible and may require additional charges.
Rush orders are subject to material availability and may include a rush-preparation fee.
