MixMatched Creations brings the complete painting experience directly to your office, conference space, retreat location, college or university campus, student center, or chosen venue. Participants follow along as the instructor demonstrates the selected design step by step from beginning to end.

Painting parties are designed for a wide range of artistic abilities, and no previous painting experience is necessary.

A 15 person minimum event investment applies to all painting parties.

Natural slate and wood may vary slightly in size, shape, grain, texture, and edges.

What Every Painting Party Includes

• Pre-event planning

• One selected standard painting design

• Selected canvas, slate, or wood surface

• Paint, brushes, and required art materials

• Up to two hours of professional instruction

• Protective table coverings

• Event setup and cleanup

• Beginner-friendly, step-by-step guidance

• One instructor for up to 25 participants

• One completed painting for each participant to take home

Your company, university, college, or organization provides the venue, tables, chairs, and access to the event space before and after the scheduled activity to allow for setup and cleanup.

Custom Painting Designs

Starting at $200

Create a painting featuring your company logo, building, brand imagery, anniversary theme, industry, event message, or another fully customized concept.

Simple adjustments to the colors of an existing design may be included. New designs requiring original development, testing, templates, or detailed company imagery are priced separately.

All custom designs must be approved before materials are prepared.

Additional Event Options

Additional Event Time

$150 per additional 30 minutes

Additional time may be recommended for detailed paintings, larger groups, extended social time, or events with multiple painting options.

Additional Instructors

$225 per additional instructor

Additional instructors may be required depending on attendance, venue layout, painting complexity, or the amount of individual assistance needed.

Premium Materials and Upgrades

Specialty paint, dimensional elements, added lighting, premium surfaces, framing, personalization, and other upgrades may be available for an additional charge.

Travel and Venue Costs

Travel fees are based on the venue’s one-way distance from Columbia, New Jersey.

Parking, tolls, venue charges, overnight accommodations, and other location-related expenses are additional when required.

Travel pricing includes one vehicle. Larger events requiring additional instructors, vehicles, or equipment transportation may require an additional travel fee.

Applicable taxes and approved upgrades are additional. All final charges will be clearly listed in your official event quote.
