👥 How Many People Can Participate?

There is no predetermined maximum number of participants for our corporate events.

As long as your venue has adequate space for everyone to comfortably participate, we'll work with you to determine an appropriate setup for your group.

Events can be designed for smaller departments or large company-wide gatherings.

Larger events may require additional tables, stations, materials, project sections, or event support depending on the experience selected.

⏱️ How Long Is an Event?

Our standard instructor-led corporate event is approximately 2 hours.

This provides time to introduce the activity, explain instructions, create, interact, and complete the experience without making the event feel rushed.

Need longer?

Additional event time is available for an additional fee.

Longer events may be appropriate for multiple activities, detailed projects, larger competitions, tournament-style events, meals or breaks, awards ceremonies, or groups that simply want more time.

Self-guided experiences and Collaborative Company Keepsakes do not necessarily require a dedicated two-hour event and can often be incorporated into an existing company gathering.
