For instructor-led events, we handle the activity planning, preparation, materials, setup, instruction, and cleanup of our activity area.
You provide the appropriate event space, tables and chairs, and any venue requirements discussed during planning. We take care of the creative experience.

Art & Craft Kits
Want something creative without scheduling an instructor-led event?
Our DIY art and craft kits have no minimum order and include the materials and instructions needed to complete the selected project.
Use them for a small club activity, residence hall program, Greek Life event, wellness activity, take-home project, school program, or large campus event.
Custom Awards & Prizes
Add personalized awards or prizes to competitions, leadership programs, student recognition, school celebrations, Greek Life events, and other special occasions.

Every school, university, chapter, and organization is different.
We'll help plan your experience around your group size, ages, available space, event length, goals, budget, theme, and selected project.
Depending on the experience, customization may include school colors, Greek letters, chapter or organization names, event names, graduation years, participant names, dates, authorized logos, custom artwork, awards, and keepsakes.

Large Groups Welcome
MixMatched Creations can accommodate everything from smaller clubs and chapters to large school and university events.
Many experiences do not have a predetermined maximum attendance as long as the venue and event setup can appropriately accommodate the activity.
Large groups may require additional stations, materials, facilitators, or rotations.
Large Wood-Burning Events
Wood burning requires individual tools and appropriate electrical capacity, so larger groups may be divided into rotations.
For an additional fee, a second creative activity can be added while another group completes its wood-burning session, keeping everyone involved throughout the event.
We'll help determine the appropriate setup based on your attendance, venue, electrical capacity, and available time.
Event Length
Standard instructor-led events are approximately 2 hours, with additional time available for an additional fee.
Longer events may be appropriate for large groups, rotations, multiple activities, competitions, meals, breaks, or award ceremonies.
Self-guided kits and collaborative keepsakes can often be incorporated into an event you're already planning without requiring a dedicated two-hour workshop.

No artistic experience is necessary.
Our experiences are designed for different skill levels, and when possible, activities can be adapted for different physical abilities and participation needs.
