Our painting experiences go beyond the traditional canvas paint night. Companies can choose from paintings created on canvas in a variety of sizes, small or large slate, and wood signs, giving you even more ways to customize the experience for your group.
Our painting collection also includes designs for a range of skill levels. Some paintings are beginner-friendly and simple to follow, while others feature more detail and techniques for groups looking for a creative challenge.
No matter which project you choose, you are never expected to figure it out on your own.
A MixMatched Creations instructor walks your group through the project step-by-step from beginning to end, demonstrating each part of the painting process along the way.
Everyone begins with the same inspiration, but every finished piece will have a little personality of its own.

Depending on the selected design, your company may be able to choose from several painting surfaces.
🎨 Canvas Painting
The classic paint-party experience.
Canvas paintings are available in a variety of sizes, allowing us to offer everything from approachable beginner projects to larger, more detailed paintings.
Available designs and recommended canvas sizes vary by project.
🪨 Slate Painting
Create artwork on natural slate for a completely different look and feel.
We offer both small and large slate painting projects, with designs available throughout the year as well as seasonal and holiday options.
The natural texture and edges of the slate make every finished piece slightly different.
🪵 Wood Sign Painting
Create a decorative painted wood sign that employees can take home and display.
Wood projects can feature seasonal artwork, everyday designs, decorative imagery, sayings, and other themes.
Depending on the event, different shapes, sizes, and designs may be available.

How Our Painting Events Work
1. Choose Your Project
Browse our collections and choose the painting and surface you'd like your group to create.
2. We Prepare Everything
MixMatched Creations prepares the painting supplies and project materials needed for your selected experience.
3. We Bring the Experience to You
We'll bring your creative experience to your workplace or event venue.
4. Follow Along Step-by-Step
Your instructor demonstrates the painting from beginning to end, breaking the project into manageable steps.
Participants can follow the example closely or put their own creative spin on their artwork.
5. Take Home Your Creation
At the end of the experience, each participant leaves with their own finished artwork.
No Painting Experience? No Problem.
Some of our projects are intentionally simple and relaxing. Others offer more detailed techniques for participants who want a challenge.
Either way, we walk you through every step.
And while everyone may begin with the same reference painting, they don't have to leave with identical artwork.
