Reserving space for a central design may reduce the number of pieces available for individual participants or increase the required finished size.

Standard personalization, such as names, dates, Greek letters, or one short line of wording, is included in the listed price.

Additional fees may apply for:

Detailed customization generally adds $25–$100, depending on the requested design.

About the Wooden Puzzle Pieces

The puzzle pieces are cut from natural wood and intentionally left unfinished so participants can decorate them easily.

Wood grain, color, markings, and edges may vary slightly. Darkened edges may be present as a natural result of the cutting process. These variations are not defects and help make every completed puzzle unique.

Participants should decorate only the front surface of each piece and avoid applying thick materials, gems, or heavy paint near the tabs and openings. Keeping the connecting edges clear will allow the puzzle to fit together correctly.

Assembly Information

The puzzle pieces will be identified on the back and accompanied by an assembly guide showing where each piece belongs.

We recommend arranging and test-fitting every piece before applying adhesive. Once the complete layout has been confirmed, the pieces can be permanently attached to the prepared display surface using the included adhesive.

The customer and event participants are responsible for decorating, assembling, and attaching the completed puzzle pieces.

Production and Delivery

Because every puzzle is individually designed and cut for your group, please order at least three to four weeks before your event whenever possible.

Shipping, local delivery, or pickup options will be displayed or arranged based on the size of your order and event location. Oversized puzzle displays may be limited to pickup or local delivery.

Please carefully review all submitted names, dates, spelling, wording, colors, and personalization details. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is correct.

Each puzzle is handmade and prepared specifically for your group. Small variations in wood color, grain, cutting, design, and layout are part of what makes every finished project unique.

Customized products cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded once designing or production has begun.
