MixMatched Creations offers prepared art and craft kits for businesses, universities, sororities, fraternities, student organizations, schools, nonprofits, community groups, private parties, and other organizations.

Kits are a flexible option for employee appreciation, campus programming, orientation activities, retreats, holiday celebrations, fundraisers, conferences, virtual gatherings, client gifts, residence-hall activities, and groups that want a creative experience without an in-person instructor.

No previous artistic experience is necessary.

How Our Art and Craft Kits Work

Tell us about your group, occasion, budget, estimated quantity, and preferred project. We will help you select or customize an option that fits your needs.

Depending on the project, kits may be packaged individually for each participant or prepared as a larger group kit with shared supplies.

Each kit may include:

  • The selected project surface or item

  • Paint and required art materials

  • Brushes or applicators

  • Decorative supplies

  • Project-specific accessories

  • Protective materials when applicable

  • Printed instructions

  • A sample image or design guide

  • Individual packaging when selected

Exact kit contents depend on the chosen project. Participants may need to provide basic household items such as water cups, paper towels, scissors, pencils, or disposable plates. Any items that are not included will be listed in advance.

Collaborative Keepsake Kits

Create One Meaningful Project Together

Collaborative kits allow employees, students, members, guests, or supporters to contribute to one finished piece of artwork.

These projects are ideal for company milestones, employee appreciation, university departments, sorority and fraternity events, graduations, anniversaries, weddings, showers, reunions, memorials, fundraisers, and other meaningful occasions.

MixMatched Creations paints a custom background and tree on canvas. Participants add colorful fingerprints as leaves, creating one completed artwork that represents the entire group.

A tree is carefully wood burned onto a wooden plaque before delivery. Participants use the included ink pads to add their fingerprints as leaves.

Make the Kits Your Own

Many projects can be customized to reflect your company, university, school, sorority, fraternity, organization, fundraiser, event, or celebration.

Customization may include:

  • Company or university colors

  • Sorority or fraternity colors

  • Logos

  • Organization or department names

  • Sorority or fraternity letters

  • Event names and dates

  • Employee, student, or participant names

  • Anniversary years and milestones

  • Custom wording

  • Seasonal themes

  • Original designs

  • Personalized packaging or instruction cards

Logo and artwork files must be submitted in a clear, high-quality format. Custom designs require approval before production begins.

 

Everyone Does Not Have to Choose the Same Project

Some events may allow participants to choose from a small, preselected collection of projects.

For example, your group may be able to choose between two painting surfaces, several ornament shapes, different seasonal designs, or a limited selection of wooden projects.

All choices and quantities must be submitted by the final ordering deadline. The number of available choices may be limited based on group size, packaging requirements, material availability, budget, and production time.

Kit Packaging and Distribution

Kits can be prepared in several ways depending on your event:

  • Individually packaged for each participant

  • Packaged by department, team, chapter, table, or location

  • Prepared as a large group kit with shared supplies

  • Shipped to one central location

  • Prepared for local pickup

  • Delivered when available

  • Shipped directly to individual participants when arranged in advance

Direct-to-participant shipping requires a complete and accurate address list by the stated deadline. Separate shipping and handling charges may apply to each destination.

MixMatched Creations is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete information, carrier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Planning for Virtual & Multi-Location Events

Bring your team or campus community together—even when everyone isn’t in the same place.

MixMatched Creations can coordinate art and craft kits for corporate teams, universities, multiple office locations, remote employees, university departments, student organizations, alumni groups, and other multi-location groups.

Whether your participants are working from home, spread across several offices, or located on different campuses, we can help organize the creative experience and handle the kit preparation.

Options include:

  • Live Virtual Creative Events — Participants receive their kits ahead of time and create together during a guided virtual event.

  • Multiple Office Locations — Kits can be organized and shipped to different company offices, branches, or departments.

  • University & Campus Events — Coordinate kits for departments, student organizations, residence halls, alumni groups, faculty, staff, or multiple campus locations.

  • Individual Participant Shipping — Kits can be packaged and shipped directly to individual participants when needed.

  • Company- or University-Wide Projects — Multiple teams, departments, or campus groups can participate in the same creative experience from different locations.

  • Conference & Retreat Kits — Provide a hands-on creative activity for attendees at conferences, retreats, orientations, leadership events, or professional development programs.

  • Hybrid Events — Combine an in-person creative event with kits for employees, students, or participants joining remotely.

Provide your event date, estimated number of participants, delivery locations, and preferred project, and MixMatched Creations will help determine the best way to organize, package, and distribute your kits.

For events requiring multiple delivery locations or individual shipping, please provide addresses and participant quantities as early as possible to allow adequate preparation and shipping time.

No Minimum Order Required

Kits are available for groups of any size—from a single kit or small gathering to large organizations and events with participants in multiple locations.

There is no minimum order quantity.

Production time and pricing may vary depending on:

  • The selected project

  • Customization or personalization

  • Individual packaging

  • Material availability

  • Shipping requirements

  • The number of different designs or project choices

  • The requested completion date

Large or highly customized orders may require additional production time. We’ll work with you to coordinate the details and make the ordering process as simple as possible.

Production Time and Ordering Deadlines

Standard and custom kits require advance preparation.

Production time depends on the project, quantity, personalization, pre-engraving, packaging, and material availability. Orders involving custom designs, individual names, multiple delivery locations, or large quantities generally require more time.

Your order is not confirmed until the project details are approved, the agreement is signed, and the required payment is received.

Changes submitted after production begins may not be possible and may require additional charges. Rush preparation may be available for select projects but is not guaranteed.
