How Collaborative Keepsake Kits Work

First, tell us about your group, occasion, number of participants, preferred colors, display location, and personalization ideas.

MixMatched Creations will recommend a project and size with enough room for everyone to contribute. We then prepare the main artwork and send you a design proof when required.

Your finished kit can be shipped, delivered, or prepared for local pickup. Participants complete their individual contributions during your event, and the completed artwork becomes a lasting keepsake for your organization or occasion.

For most wood fingerprint trees, we recommend one fingerprint per participant. Smaller groups may add two fingerprints per person for a fuller tree.

Setup and Completion

Collaborative kits are designed to be easy for your event coordinator to set up.

Choose a visible area where guests can approach the project without blocking entrances, food tables, or other activities. Allow enough room for ink pads, paint, instructions, and completed pieces.

For fingerprint projects, we recommend providing wet wipes or access to a nearby sink so participants can clean their fingers immediately after contributing.

Some projects may need time to dry or may require final assembly after the event. Instructions will explain how to protect, complete, and display the artwork.

Pickup, Shipping and Delivery

Collaborative keepsake kits may be:

Shipping, delivery, parking, tolls, and venue-related charges are additional when required.
