MixMatched Creations brings the complete painting experience directly to your office, conference space, retreat location, or chosen venue. Participants follow along as the instructor demonstrates the selected design step by step from beginning to end.

Painting parties are designed for a wide range of artistic abilities, and no previous painting experience is necessary.

Natural slate and wood may vary slightly in size, shape, grain, texture, and edges.

A $975 minimum event investment applies to all corporate painting parties.

The minimum event investment is the lowest total required to reserve an event. The number of participants included within the minimum depends on the selected painting surface. Smaller groups may still book by paying the minimum event investment.

Canvas Painting Parties

Choose between an 11×14 or 16×20 canvas.

Canvas painting parties are a versatile option for company celebrations, employee appreciation events, holiday parties, retreats, conferences, and casual team gatherings.

Participants follow the instructor step by step while still having the freedom to select colors, add personal details, and make the finished painting their own.

  • 11×14 canvas: $50 per participant

  • 16×20 canvas: $60 per participant

Slate Painting Parties

Starting at $65 per participant

Participants create a decorative painting on natural slate that can be displayed in an office or taken home.

Slate paintings work especially well for seasonal artwork, landscapes, holiday designs, welcome signs, company events, and rustic home décor.

Because slate is a natural material, its exact dimensions, coloring, texture, and edges may vary slightly.

Wood-Plaque Painting Parties

Starting at $60 per participant

Create a painted wooden sign that can be displayed at home or in the office.

Participants follow a standard design or personalize their plaques with different colors and finishing details. Wood-painting experiences can feature seasonal artwork, inspirational sayings, company themes, landscapes, florals, and other decorative designs.

Because wood is a natural material, grain, coloring, knots, edges, and exact dimensions may vary slightly.

Your company provides the venue, tables, chairs, and access to the event space before and after the scheduled activity.

Custom Painting Designs

Starting at $200

Create a painting featuring your company logo, building, brand imagery, anniversary theme, industry, event message, or another fully customized concept.

Simple adjustments to the colors of an existing design may be included. New designs requiring original development, testing, templates, or detailed company imagery are priced separately.

All custom designs must be approved before materials are prepared.

Additional Event Options

Additional Event Time

$150 per additional 30 minutes

Additional time may be recommended for detailed paintings, larger groups, extended social time, or events with multiple painting options.

Additional Instructors

$225 per additional instructor

Additional instructors may be required depending on attendance, venue layout, painting complexity, or the amount of individual assistance needed.

Premium Materials and Upgrades

Specialty paint, dimensional elements, added lighting, premium surfaces, framing, personalization, and other upgrades may be available for an additional charge.

Rush Preparation

Events booked fewer than 21 days in advance may require a rush-preparation fee based on attendance, design selection, customization, and material availability.

Large-Group Painting Parties

Planning a painting experience for 50, 100, or more employees?

Large-group pricing is customized based on:

  • Number of participants

  • Selected painting surface and size

  • Venue layout

  • Setup requirements

  • Travel location

Large groups can be accommodated when the venue provides adequate tables, chairs, workspace, and access for setup and cleanup.

Travel and Venue Costs

Travel fees are based on the venue’s one-way distance from Columbia, New Jersey.

Parking, tolls, venue charges, overnight accommodations, and other location-related expenses are additional when required.

Travel pricing includes one vehicle. Larger events requiring additional instructors, vehicles, or equipment transportation may require an additional travel fee.
