How Custom Orders Work

1. Tell Us What You Need

Submit an inquiry with your event type, item ideas, quantity, preferred date and personalization details.

2. Discuss the Design

We will discuss available materials, sizes, wording, colors and customization options.

3. Review Your Information

You are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, wording, spelling, logo placement and design details before production begins.

4. Approve the Order

Production begins after the design details, pricing, payment requirements and completion timeline are approved.

5. Receive Your Order

Available delivery or pickup arrangements will be discussed when your order is confirmed. Delivery by MixMatched Creations is generally reserved for events we are hosting. Shipped orders may have additional packaging and mailing charges.

Important Custom-Order Information

Please submit personalized wedding orders as early as possible. Availability depends on the event date, order size, materials and amount of customization required.

The customer must provide all names, dates, wording, photographs and design information by the stated deadline.

Because personalized products are created specifically for the customer, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless MixMatched Creations made an error. Natural variations in wood, slate and handmade materials are not considered defects.

Colors may appear slightly different in photographs or on different screens.
