Our Creative Team Experiences give participants the opportunity to step away from the everyday work environment, relax, socialize, and create something with their own hands.

MixMatched Creations brings the creative experience to your team with instructor-led projects designed for a wide range of artistic abilities. Depending on the experience you choose, participants may follow along with an instructor or have the freedom to make their project completely their own.

No artistic experience is necessary. We provide the materials, instruction, and support—you provide the team.

Crushed Glass Beach Suncatcher

Create your own little piece of the beach using crushed glass, real sand, seashells, and other coastal elements.

Each participant receives their own frame and materials and designs a custom beach scene. Everyone can arrange their glass, sand, shells, and details differently, so no two pieces have to look alike.

The finished piece can be displayed as a suncatcher or decorative wall hanging.

Crushed Glass Tree of Life

Create a colorful Tree of Life using crushed glass and other decorative elements.

Participants build their own tree design inside a frame, choosing how they want to arrange the colors, textures, and glass to create a dimensional piece of artwork.

While everyone works from the same general concept, each finished tree can have its own completely different personality.

Wood-Burning Workshops

Slow down, learn a new skill, and burn a little stress away.

Our instructor-led wood-burning workshops teach participants how to safely use a wood-burning tool and create permanent designs on a variety of wooden items.

Participants can use stencils, customize their designs, or work freehand—and everyone does not have to create the same thing.

We offer a variety of wooden project options, company customization, pre-engraving, and options for larger groups.

Paint Your Own Wine Glasses

Turn an ordinary wine glass into your own hand-painted creation.

Participants can follow a suggested design or personalize their glasses with their own colors, patterns, florals, seasonal artwork, themes, and decorative details.

This is an easygoing social project that's perfect for teams looking for a creative experience where everyone can sit, talk, paint, and enjoy time together.

Paint Your Own Fairy-Garden Wine Bottle

We do the detailed prep work before the event so your team gets to enjoy the fun part—painting and bringing the design to life.

Each participant receives a prepared wine bottle featuring handmade clay details that have already been created and baked onto the bottle, such as fairy doors, windows, animals, mushrooms, flowers, and other dimensional elements.

Participants paint the bottle and all of its dimensional details in their own style.

Each finished bottle also receives a light-up cork, transforming the project into a decorative light that can be enjoyed at night.

DIY Stained-Glass Suncatcher

Get the look of stained glass without traditional glass cutting or soldering.

Each participant receives a frame, glass, a prepared design to use as a guide, and specialty glass paints to create their own stained-glass-style suncatcher.

Participants paint the individual sections of the design and watch the artwork come to life as the colors are added.

Designs can be seasonal, themed, or completely customized for your event.

Flower-Pot Cookie Jars

Turn ordinary flower pots into decorative cookie jars with a little creativity and a lot of personality.

Participants paint and decorate their pieces to create a functional project they can take home and use.

Halloween Spell Books & Potion Jars

Give your team a chance to create something a little creepy.

Using old books or bottles, dimensional plastic Halloween decorations, hot glue, paint, and other materials, participants transform ordinary objects into aged spell books, potion bottles, and Halloween decorations that look like they belong on the shelf of a witch's apothecary.

Layered textures and paint techniques turn the added decorations into part of the finished piece.

Perfect for a corporate Halloween party or fall employee event where you want something very different from a traditional craft.

Fairy-Garden Flower Pots

Our fairy-garden flower pots work similarly to our wine-bottle designs.

We prepare the dimensional clay elements ahead of time, including details such as doors, windows, mushrooms, flowers, animals, and other fairy-garden features.

Participants receive their prepared flower pot and get to concentrate on painting, decorating, and bringing their miniature world to life.

Light-Up Wine Bottles

Paint it during the day. Light it up at night.

Participants paint their own decorative wine bottle and finish the project with a light-up cork, creating a glowing piece of décor they can take home.

The possibilities for this project are almost endless because designs can change throughout the year.

Follow-Along Painting Experiences

Gather your team for a classic instructor-led painting experience.

Participants follow along step by step as the instructor demonstrates the painting from beginning to end. We offer designs ranging from beginner-friendly paintings to more detailed projects for groups looking for something a little more challenging.

Light-Up Horoscope Painting

Paint your zodiac sign—and make the stars actually shine.

Participants create their own horoscope-inspired artwork featuring their zodiac constellation and incorporate fairy lights so the stars illuminate when the finished artwork is displayed.

This gives a traditional painting experience an unexpected interactive element and lets each participant create something connected to their own zodiac sign.

Snowman Sock Wine Bottle

Turn a wine bottle into an adorable winter snowman using paint, fabric, and a cozy handmade sock-style hat.

Participants paint their snowman's face and details before adding the finishing accessories that give each one its own personality.

Create a game you can actually use after the event.

Paint Your Own Christmas Ornaments

Create something handmade for the tree that can be brought out year after year.

Participants receive ornaments to paint and personalize using their own colors, designs, names, patterns, holiday artwork, or other decorative details.

Depending on the project selected, we can offer different ornament shapes and styles, and custom or company-themed options may also be available.

This is a great option for company holiday parties, employee appreciation events, and larger groups looking for a smaller creative project.

DIY Stocking Hangers

Create a holiday decoration that's both creative and functional.

Each participant receives a prepared wooden board that has already been measured and pre-drilled before the event.

Participants paint and decorate their board, then use a screwdriver to attach the knobs that will become the stocking hangers.

Designs can range from classic Christmas colors and sayings to snowmen, trees, farmhouse designs, family names, or other holiday themes.

The result is a finished stocking hanger that participants can take home and actually use during the holiday season.

Custom designs and different board sizes may be available depending on the project and number of stockings desired.
