Group sizes are recommendations and may vary depending on the shape of the wood, the tree design, and whether participants add names or messages.

We generally recommend one fingerprint per participant on wood. Smaller groups may add two fingerprints per person to create a fuller tree.

Natural Wood Finish and Protection

Each wooden fingerprint tree is sealed for protection but intentionally left unstained.

Keeping the wood in its lightest natural finish allows the colorful fingerprints, names, and hand-burned tree design to remain as visible and vibrant as possible.

Because natural wood varies, differences in grain, knots, coloring, shape, dimensions, and edges should be expected. These natural characteristics are not defects; they make every fingerprint tree unique.

Production and Delivery

Because every fingerprint tree is personalized and burned by hand, please order at least three to four weeks before your event whenever possible.

Shipping, local delivery, and pickup availability depend on the size and weight of the wooden plaque. Larger pieces may be limited to pickup or local delivery.

Fingerprint placement and ink application are completed by the customer and event participants. The final appearance will depend on the number, color, and placement of the fingerprints added during the event.

Please carefully review all submitted names, dates, spelling, wording, colors, and personalization details. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is correct.

Each wooden fingerprint tree is handmade and personalized specifically for your group. Customized products cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded after the wood-burning process has begun.
